Sponsor an Animal

We have many permanent residents at The New Arc.  Please consider a donation to help with their feed and care costs.   Each has his or her own special story which we hope you will enjoy reading about.   We are unable at this point to send out "sponsorship packs" as we just do not have the time.  Please be assured that your donation will be used solely for the animals benefit however.

This page is not finished, please bear with us while we put up more pictures and information as quickly as we can!

CATS

First are "the cats" - we have 36 who live here with us, please consider sponsoring one to help with our feed and medical bills for them:-

Blake

Blake
Blake is a neutered male cat, who came to live with us with his dad, Byron.   He is a soppy cat who loves his cuddles, and likes to spend at least part of his day lying on the horse rugs in the tack room, in the hope a mouse may wander under his nose!

Purrrdy
Purrrdy (note the 3 rrr's)
Purrrdy came to us as a feral kitten after her mother had been killed. She was a little spitfire, but is now very sweet, although quite independant and usually the last in at night - she has a busy life hunting

MitziMitzi (the grumpy cat).
Mitzi is a mature neutered male cat, who has attitude (or cattitude!).  He has always been a difficult cat and prefers not to be stroked, unless he is in a very very good mood.

Byron
Byron
Yet another of our black cats, we have a few!  Byron is Blake's dad and came to live with us at the same time when his owner moved to unsuitable accomodation for them.  Byron is "the boss cat" and tries to keep the others in line but usually fails.  He loves his cuddles.

*DONATIONS*
We receive no government or lottery funding - donations keep the Arc afloat.
Whatever you can afford to donate will make an enormous difference to the animals in our care.
We have no paid staff, only our wonderful volunteers, so 100% of your donation
will be used for the benefit of the animals.
